Installation steps:

1. Unscrew the original gear knob to remove it from the gear knob.
2. Wrap a few turns with electrical tape on your gear knob thread to hold tight when needed.
3. Install the matching thread adapter on the gear stick.
4. Screw the stick shift handle on the shift rod with small screws with the Allen key and tighten everything.

Tips:

* Make sure your original gear lever is removable.
* Not suitable for the original gear levers with its own inremovable lock/function button.
* For manual transmission: not suitable for reverse gear of the original shift for lifting
* For automatic transmission: can not be used for cars with reverse gear next to the 1st gear.
* Wrap a few turns with electrical tape on your gear knob thread to hold tight when needed.
